Pilsumer Leuchtturm bei Sonnenaufgang | Blick vom Deich zum Pilsumer Leuchtturm bei einem herrlichen Sonnenaufgang. Der Leuchtturm ist ein Wahrzeichen Ostfrieslands und vor allem aus dem Film "Otto - der Außerfriesische" bekannt. Er ist dadurch einer der bekanntesten Leuchttürme Deutschlands.Der Turm weist eine leichte Schieflage nach Osten auf (im Bild rechts). Im Laufe der Jahrzehnte hat er sich durch den oft starken Wind in diese Schräglage begeben, da das Fundament selbst nicht auf Stützen steht.
